Recently, the issue of garbage disposal in various regions has become a hot topic in environmental protection projects in every city. Whether it is household waste, construction waste, or material waste, the initial treatment method is landfill. Landfilled waste consumes a lot of time, occupies a large area, and is a waste of resources. With the urgent need for environmental governance, various types of garbage can be classified and processed, and some can be recycled as resources. Garbage sorting equipment can achieve ideal processing results, and various types of garbage such as household waste and construction waste can be sorted clearly.

The classification of household waste mainly involves the proper classification of three types of waste: recyclables, perishable waste, kitchen waste, and hazardous waste. The key to the classification and collection of these three types of waste lies in the integration and connection, that is, the connection between the classification of recyclables and the recycling of renewable resources, the connection between the classification and collection of hazardous waste and the treatment of hazardous waste, and the connection between the classification and collection of perishable waste or kitchen waste and the utilization of biomass resources. The main treatment methods for urban household waste after classification:

1. Organic matter: Leachate, sludge, high temperature and high pressure hydrolysis hydrothermal oxidation treatment to produce efficient ecological organic fertilizer;

2. Inorganic substances: slag waste, crushed and mixed to make building materials;

3. Plastic category: making wood plastic panels;

4. Ferromagnetic materials: mainly recycling;

5. Non recyclable combustibles: utilization of pyrolysis and gasification waste heat;

6. Sandy soil waste: naturally stacked and fermented to produce nutrient rich soil for soil improvement.
