The treatment of aged waste typically faces challenges such as large landfill volumes, complex compositions, and difficulties in sorting. Specialized equipment for aged waste treatment addresses these issues effectively through multi-level, multi-mode, and multi-layer sorting. This approach effectively resolves the complexity of aged waste compositions, enabling the production of final materials according to customer requirements (such as humus soil, light materials, heavy materials, combustibles, and non-combustibles). While ensuring sorting efficiency, it can handle a large volume of aged waste simultaneously, meeting the on-site processing deadlines of customers.
The following is an introduction to the main equipment of the old and stale waste treatment line:
1. Chain plate feeder + distributor
The plate feeder and distributor is composed of a chain plate feeder and a uniform distributor. Garbage is conveyed to the head distributor by the plate feeder, and after several cycles, it achieves the desired distribution effect required by the process. At the same time, it controls the material flow to achieve better usage effects.
II. Magnetic separator
When the garbage passes beneath the electromagnet of the fixed magnetic separator, the magnetic substances are adsorbed onto the conveyor belt and move along with it. When the magnetic substances are transported to a small magnetic area, they automatically detach, thus achieving the recycling of magnetic substances.
III. Drum screen
The shaftless roller screen is a commonly used screening equipment for comprehensive sorting of household waste, used to grade materials. The size of the material particles is controlled by the size of the screen holes, allowing for grading.
4. Disc selection and screening
The role played in the production line is to classify materials and remove slag and soil. It utilizes multi-axis rotation to push the materials forward along the screen surface, while the rapid rotation of the screen disc loosens the materials. Materials smaller than the screen gap fall through the gaps between the screen shafts due to their own weight and the rotational force of the screen disc. Materials larger than the screen gap remain on the screen surface and continue to move forward, falling into the transfer belt conveyor to achieve the purpose of screening.
