The garbage treatment equipment we produce is mainly used for sorting informal and stale household waste that has been buried in cities for many years. It can also be used for sorting garbage in fresh household waste concentration areas, sorting construction and decoration waste, and sorting garbage into four main parts: combustibles, organic soil, recycled materials, and stones. The garbage treatment equipment is developed based on the requirement that comprehensive garbage treatment must first undergo sorting. It includes four parts: crushing, sorting, transportation, and packaging, all of which are designed and produced by our company.

1、 Crushing equipment. There are types of crushers such as shear crushers, blade crushers, and jaw crushers, which are equipped with crushing blades on the limiting material and rolling screen. Vibration screen: Screen out stones with a density of 40m/m or more.

2. Wind selection device: Separate the light and heavy materials in the 40-200mm/m material, pull out the heavy objects or use them for on-site backfilling of the original garbage pit. Light objects are transported to the sorting device for sorting.

3. Magnetic separator: Select and recycle metals.

4. Manual sorting device: It is installed on the feeding machines of the rat cage, rolling feeding, and air sorting, and is used by people to select wooden blocks, tape, large pieces of glass, etc. from the garbage.

5. Selected equipment: including a sorting machine, electrostatic generator, negative pressure fan, etc., to sort waste plastics and debris.

3、 Transmission equipment. Including three types of equipment: scale feeding machine, belt conveyor, and chain plate conveyor. Mainly used for garbage feeding and sorting process transmission and transportation.

4、 Fully automatic packaging machine: used for packaging waste plastics.
