To effectively solve the problem of household waste disposal, a comprehensive treatment mode of sorting, incineration, composting, and landfill must be adopted. This requires the establishment of a comprehensive treatment plant for household waste, which can achieve "harmless", "reduced", and "resourceful" waste through recycling, transformation, and reuse while meeting environmental requirements.

Units responsible for the classification, collection, and transportation of household waste shall comply with the following regulations

1. Equipped with corresponding classification collection and transportation equipment

2. Use a professional transportation vehicle with a sealed box, clear markings, and a focus on new energy. Install a vehicle mounted satellite positioning system and maintain its functionality and clean appearance

3. Collect and transport household waste according to the prescribed time, frequency, route, and other requirements, and do not discard or scatter household waste or drip sewage along the way

4. Establish a ledger to record the sources, types, quantities, and destinations of household waste, and report to the district urban management department on a monthly basis

5. Other regulations on the classification, collection, and transportation of household waste formulated by the municipal urban management department.
