Rotten garbage mostly refers to garbage that has been buried and then dug up for processing. After a long period of time, the composition and state of this type of garbage have undergone some changes, and the difficulty of secondary treatment has increased. Therefore, the treatment of stale garbage requires not only suitable processes but also professional equipment.

Landfilling garbage is no longer the appropriate method for current garbage disposal, which has caused significant deterioration to the social environment. Not only can landfills in multiple cities no longer meet the speed of garbage generation, but the unreasonable landfill has also had a significant negative impact on the surrounding soil layer and water resources. Therefore, how to better handle stale garbage is an important direction of concern for various environmental protection enterprises and equipment manufacturers in the future.

In order to better turn waste into treasure and achieve secondary recycling of resources, it has always been the focus and design priority of the company's environmental protection department. For this purpose, we sampled multiple batches of aged garbage for data analysis and on-site testing. From the perspective of large-scale application, the company mainly designs and produces a series of equipment for treating stale garbage.

1. Garbage crusher. There are mainly shear crushers, blade crushers, particle crushers, etc., which are used to crush stale garbage into smaller particles or specified particle sizes. After crushing, the garbage that forms blocks is more easily dispersed, preparing for the next step of sorting.

2. Drum type sorting machine. It is mainly used to separate useful organic soil and miscellaneous soil, and further enhance their value after organic treatment. Secondly, there are disc screens and vibrating screens, each with different design principles and uses, but their purpose is to screen out materials of different sizes and compositions.

3. Wind selection machine. The air sorter can sort materials of different weights and sizes. For example, the separation of metal and plastic, and the separation of stone and paper.

4. Magnetic separator equipment. Can separate useful metal materials. Mainly for separating iron.

5. Conveyor. Various types of conveyors, including chain plate and belt conveyors, are used to transport materials and connect key equipment processes, greatly saving labor and improving the automation level of production lines.

Through reasonable process design and equipment selection, it is usually possible to achieve good sorting results for most aged garbage. In recent years, some environmental protection enterprises have achieved good results by adopting equipment for the treatment and operation of aged garbage on a large scale.
