1. Crusher body:

The main body of the equipment is welded with high-quality steel plates, and stress relief treatment/integral processing is used to ensure the stability of the equipment under long-term heavy load.

2. Moving knife/fixed knife:

The moving knife material is made of special special alloy tool steel forging billet, precision processing, multiple heat treatment and low-temperature heat treatment technology. The overall toughness and hardness can be repaired repeatedly to ensure cutting performance and service life. The fixed knife is installed in a hook-type manner, which optimizes the tool replacement function and makes tool maintenance and replacement more efficient.

3. Bearing/seal:

The bearing seat adopts a split disassembly type, which can quickly disassemble the moving knife, fixed knife, bearing and other parts, which is convenient for maintenance and tool replacement. The unique sealing structure effectively blocks the contact between the crushed material and grease, and the processing of liquid materials can also protect bearings and gears, etc.

4. Tool shaft:
